CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Haus of Brows, I strive to provide a high-quality experience for my clients. To ensure that I can accommodate everyone and manage my schedule effectively, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: -Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling appointments. -Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee Cancellation Fees: -No-Show or Late Cancellation: If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment or cancels with less than 24 hours notice, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the clients account. -For example, if your scheduled appointment is for a Brazilian wax ($65), the fee for a late cancellation or no-show would be $32.50. Multiple Cancellations: -Clients who repeatedly cancel or do not show up for appointments may be required to prepay for future bookings or may lose the ability to schedule appointments Emergency Situations: -I understand that emergencies may arise. Clients must notify us as soon as possible; in such cases, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Repeated offenders: -Continuous violations of this cancellation policy may result in termination of the client's membership or ability to book future appointments.
